Organisation Context and Change Management
In our Organisational Context and Change Management course, you will develop your change management skills to bring about sustainable individual and organisational change. You will learn about ‘readiness for change’, the enablers and barriers in the ‘implementation climate’, and the tools that can help you lead change processes.

At the end of the Organisational Context and Change Management short course, you will:

Be able to: assess and enhance organisational readiness for change.
Who is it for?
Management, frontline staff and volunteers in not-for-profit and statutory family and child services.
