The Childhood Development Initiative (CDI) coordinates early intervention and prevention programmes to improve outcomes for children in disadvantaged areas.

Under section 6 of the Acts, a person has a right to have his/her personal data corrected, if inaccurate, or erased, if there is not a legitimate reason for the retention of this data. There is no fee for this. Childhood Development Initiative (CDI) shall comply within 40 calendar days of the receipt of such a request.

The Childhood Development Initiative (CDI) takes its security responsibilities seriously in relation to the retention of data through the CDI website and endeavours to take all necessary physical and technical measures to ensure that information collected is secure. CDI will regularly review these measures. CDI will routinely review all data supplied to  CDI through the website to ensure that all information stored is necessary. If you have any queries regarding the collection of information by CDI you can submit them in writing to the office or by email to info@cdi.ie.
